The Administrator will provide management lead to the entire MEWA Organisation while harnessing financial, technical and human resources objectives, to achieve the midterm strategic plan.
He/She will ensure that the three programs are operating interdependently, utilizing the available resources; apply evidence based management practices that will enhance delivery of quality services to the community.The person will work closely with MEWA Board Members and also be a key liaison with government agencies, donors, partners and other stakeholders.
The Head of Finance is the custodian of MEWA’s financial controls, financial budgeting; timely and accurate financial analysis. Working closely with the Administrator, he/she will be responsible for implementation of fiscal policies and procedures that will ensure the smooth running of the organization’s operations.
The job holder will be responsible for the three (3) broad programmes of MEWA and the respective projects within the programmes: Healthcare and Medical Services; Community Services and Harm Reduction.
