For more than 5 years MHRC supported prevention, treatment and care and support of PWUID (People Who Use\/ Inject Drugs), and shall make clear definition and package, henceforth. \n Law Reforms <\/h3>\n

We advocated for Law Reforms and worked closely with Judiciary Service System to implement Alternative Justice System ( AJS) i.e. alternative sentencing and scaling up Methadone Services in Prison. \n Improve Human Rights of PWUID <\/h3>\n

MEWA has, with time developed a team of Certified Paralegal Officers trained on human rights that also receives\nexternal supervisory support from a law firm contracted by Open Society International for Eastern Africa.
